About QLeague Kids

To build a supportive, inclusive community where all children can participate in meaningful physical activity and grow in confidence, health, and joy.

Our Mission
What we do

Based in Kingston, Ontario, QLeague Kids is a free sports program for children with disabilities. We facilitate inclusive programming where sports and exercise promote well-being and social connection.

Our Program

QLeague Kids is a free weekly sports and activity program designed for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through adapted games, supportive coaching, and inclusive team activities, we create a fun environment where every child can participate, build confidence, and make new friends.

Welcoming Community

Open to children ages 5–18, with parents and guardians encouraged to communicate any specific needs so we can provide the best experience possible.
